4.0 PRODUCTS
Farida Cosmetics offers water-resistant, transfer-proof matte liquid lipsticks in two categories:
- Matte liquid lipstick
- A lip kit including a matching lip liner
All products are subject to availability and are indicated on the site.
5.0 PRICING
- Matte Liquid lipstick is 27 USD each. It comes in a 3Ml bottle.
- The Lip kit (Matte liquid lipstick and a lip liner) is 36 USD each. It comes in a 3.5 ml bottle.
6.0 PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You acknowledge and agree that the content (other than content that may be submitted by Members), materials, text, images, videos, graphics, trademarks, logos, button icons, music, software, and other elements available on the Site are the property of Farida Cosmetics or our licensors. These elements are protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other proprietary rights and laws. You agree not to sell, license, rent, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, modify, or create derivative works from any content or materials on the Site. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms of Use, no license is granted to you, and no rights are conveyed by virtue of accessing or using the Site. By submitting or posting any materials or content on the Site (including any and all reviews), you grant Farida Cosmetics a perpetual, irrevocable, non-terminable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works, and sublicense such materials or any part of such materials. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
9.0 RETENTION OF TITLE
12.1 It is agreed that the ownership of products and goods delivered and invoiced to the Customer belongs to the customer upon full payment of the price.

15.0 RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We cannot accept any returns nor issue any refunds. Due to our quality standards and perishable nature of our cosmetic raw materials, we don’t accept returns.
16.0 CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure that all details are accurate and complete before submitting your order
17.0 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
